MODERN BUILD

Privacy notice

When you use our enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, telephone number, postcode or town, optional email address, project choice, timeframe, callback preference and any project details.

Why we use your details

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, provide a quote and take steps you request before entering into a contract. We do not use the enquiry details to send unrelated marketing without permission.

Who handles your details

Our website uses Netlify's form service to receive enquiry submissions. Submitted details are available to Modern Build through its site administration and to the service providers needed to operate it.

How long we keep the information

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry and related business records, unless law requires longer retention.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable UK data protection rules. To make a request, use the website enquiry form and mention your privacy request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting.

Cookies

This basic website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. External services used to host the site may process technical information needed for delivery, security and abuse prevention.
